Доклад «Десять страшных лет. Нарушения прав человека и гуманитарного права во время сирийской войны» — правозащитный доклад, опубликованный 1 апреля 2021 года, — это результат уникальной совместной работы ряда независимых правозащитников и правозащитных организаций России, активистов страны, сыгравшей одну из ключевых ролей в Сирийском конфликте. «Десять страшных лет» опирается на интервью со свидетелями и пострадавшими, анализ событий и материалы правозащитных, гуманитарных организаций и экспертов. В докладе проанализированы важнейшие эпизоды войны до момента выхода доклада, грубейшие нарушения прав человека и норм международного гуманитарного права, за которые ответственны разные стороны конфликта, а также предложены шаги, которые необходимо срочно предпринять для защиты прав человека и предотвращения дальнейших гуманитарных кризисов.

A Devastating Decade: Violations of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law in the Syrian War is a report published on April 2, 2021, a landmark collaboration between independent human rights defenders, activists and organizations based in Russia – a country which played one a key role in the Syrian conflict. Bringing together the latest data and analysis from human rights and humanitarian organizations, with new first-hand interviews with survivors, A Devastating Decade examines the key episodes of the war, the human rights violations and grave breaches of international humanitarian law by multiple sides up to the date of its publication and covers the steps necessary for human rights to be protected and further humanitarian crises to be averted.

“عقد مدمر: انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والقانون الإنساني في الحرب السورية” هو تقرير نُشر في 2 أبريل 2021، وهو تعاون تاريخي بين النشطاء والمنظمات الفاعلة في مجال حقوق الانسان في روسيا، الدولة التي لعبت دورًا رئيسيًا في الصراع السوري. يضم التقرير أحدث البيانات والتحليلات من منظمات حقوق الإنسان والمنظمات الإنسانية، بالإضافة الى مقابلات حديثة مع الناجين. يغطي التقرير المراحل الرئيسية للحرب وانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان والانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الدولي الإنساني من قبل أطراف متعددة حتى تاريخ نشر التقرير، كما يقوم بعرض الخطوات اللازمة لحماية حقوق الإنسان وتجنب أزمات إنسانية أخرى في
المستقبل.
